I would add that anyone looking to get fillers in their tear troughs should definitely seek out an experienced injector. Of all the areas we place fillers, this is easily the hardest and the area where we see the greatest number of problems.
That being said, when done correctly, this is an incredibly effective way to smooth out these problem areas and literally take off 10 or more years of age-related changes.
For this, I generally prefer Juvederm Ultra XC and proceed conservatively.
